Bingo ManagerSummaryUnder the direct supervision of and/or in the absence of the Bingo Manager the Lead Bingo Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the Bingo Hall. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly manages the Bingo Shift Supervisor in the Bingo Department and assists the Bingo Manager in responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all Bingo staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, auditioning callers, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Enforces Internal Controls and Policies and Procedures for the Bingo Hall.
- Monitors and controls day to day Bingo hall operations including patron relations to successfully achieve a cost effective and profitable Bingo hall.
- Directly supervises the activities of all Bingo staff as well as performs the functions of every Bingo staff member.
- Ensures employee/patron compliance to regulatory, departmental and casino policies and procedures for efficient gaming operations.
- Responsible for detecting and taking action against cheating, fraud and other disruptions as company policy dictates.
- Dedicated to the recruitment and training of Tribal Members, consistent with the casino's Community and Indian Preference guidelines.
- Develops strong relationships with customers to enable them to receive the maximum enjoyment and entertainment of the games.
- Orders and assures adequate supplies are on hand for successful operation.
- Assists in development of program changes, special promotions and customer recognition.
- Proficient in the Bingo Floor Clerk, Paper Room Attendant, Paymaster and Bingo Caller roles and fill in when required.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Credit Card Compliance requirements commonly known as PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance by attending training provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management. Signature verification of course attendance will be required.
- Responsible for following the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance regulations to protect card holder data and adhere to the standards to protect guests' private card information. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting inappropriate card handling activity, of either customers or by employees, as defined by PCI.
- Responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations, under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting suspicious activity, of either customers or employees, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training, provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management and outlined in the Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of supervisory experience and 3 years in bingo operations with 1 year in a bingo supervisory role. Computer SkillsIntermediate PC skills required. Other Qualifications
