Job Description
- Administer the best level of care and service to our patients
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Manage time efficiently and effectively
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Communicate effectively with other managers and employees
- Complete daily sales
- Open and close the shop

- Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.

- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask while keeping accurate documentation.
- Transportation availability for various errands and in-person payment deliveries with the ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, computers, excel, current software, and other office tools.
- Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in the English language.
- Skill in serving and working effectively with both external and internal customers in a professional, respectful manner.
- Skill in listening and conveying awareness of problems or issues to find a resolution.
- Skill in identifying and systematically organizing resources to prioritize fluctuating workloads, optimize efficiency, and ensure the achievement of company goals.
- Ability to understand policies and procedures and follow appropriately. Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience required.
