Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the administration of fills and credits and maintaining bankrollEnsure the safety and security of employees and customersReview staffing levels to maintain full coverage to accommodate business needsAnalyzing customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of playReview and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managersProvide excellent customer service skills and communication skillsMust have dealing experience and knowledge of Gaming regulations and ICMP'sEnsure that table games dealers are providing guests with optimum service at all timesSolving guest and employee problems or disputesAdhere to all department/company policies and proceduresAnalyze and control guest alcohol consumptionEnsure all guests are of legal age to participate in limited gamingReplace and sort cards as needed.

Responsibilities include auditioning and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problemsOther related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
