Boardwalk Arcade Supervisor

Job description Shift Supervisor We're looking for Ambassadors of Fun to join the Zelky's team as Shift Supervisors for our 2026 Summer Season and Beyond!!! This is a very active position, as our supervisors work diligently to ensure that all standards are met with consistency.

Make no mistake:

this ISN'T your typical retail store job (spoiler: it's much better). A Shift Supervisor should be self-driven and full of energy, with a solid work ethic and superior guest service skills. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating all daily arcade operations, training and reinforcing arcade policies and procedures with newer team members and providing additional assistance to any duty when necessary. The shift supervisor is also responsible for guest experience, ensuring that the entire staff goes above and beyond all expectations to deliver memorable experiences and provide genuine, uninterrupted, fun for everyone.

What We Require:

• Must have proven supervisory experience and minimum 2 years in guest service
• Strong, accurate cash handling skills and register experience
• Strong visual and auditory observation skills, and an attention to detail
• Must be able to work constructively with staff and guests to provide a fun, positive environment, while also maintaining maturity and professionalism.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business including weekends and holidays

Essential Duties:

• Be an ambassador of FUN!
• Knowledgeable of all company standards, concepts, practices, policies and procedures, and those within the Supervisor role.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the arcade
• Lead by example to ensure high standards are maintained and 110% effort is given 100% of the time by team members
• Build a great team by providing training and guidance on an ongoing basis
• Ensure exemplary guest service is provided by all team members and optimal guest experience is uninhibited in all areas of operation
• Ensure that all guest needs are met and complaints resolved, quickly and efficiently
• Provide lateral support to all team members in any station when necessary
• Accurately complete all daily cash handling functions
