Job Description:

Seminole Classic Casino pioneered Indian gaming when it opened as the country's first large stakes bingo hall in 1979, eventually expanding with gaming machines and poker. JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Facility Operations, the incumbent assists to ensure smooth and efficient Public Space operation. The position will require working a varied schedule that will include nights, holidays and weekends. Incumbent must demonstrate leadership qualities and have ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Incumbent is responsible for supporting the Director of Facilities with operations management, team member development, training, staffing and scheduling. In addition to, incumbent is responsible for the management of policies and procedures that support the Public Space department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

May include but are not limited to: Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks Assign work, check quality, train workers Order supplies and keep inventory

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED Two (2) year college degree or additional equivalent experience One (1) to three (3) years of supervising Public Space staff or related experience Commercial cleaning experience is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to work in a smoking environment Required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
