POSITION SUMMARY

Cardroom Tech (CRT) is currently seeking a banking shift supervisor for its Melbourne, Florida location. The banking supervisor oversees the central bank, manages designated players, ensures compliance, and maintains strong working relationships with Poker Room leadership and staff while supporting high customer service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Protects and Accounts for the assets of CRT.
• Manages "designated players" (DPs) performance including, scheduling, dress codes, breaks and time sheets.
• Oversee the chip bank including balancing the DPs bankrolls and monitoring table paid outs as required.
• Prepare hourly reports accurately as required.
• Issues timely disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.
• Proactively communicates adverse employee relations issues to HR.
• Assists in recruitment, training and hiring as needed.
• Acts as a DP whenever needed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• One-year supervisory experience or three years' banking experience in a Florida poker room preferred, or equivalent casino experience.
• Poker knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills.
• High level of observation skills.
• Accurate accounting and recordkeeping skills.

SCHEDULE & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work the Melbourne night shift and any shift as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
