Job Description
The Revenue Audit Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the Revenue Audit staff and functions. Insure daily gaming and outlet audits are being performed. Maintains general ledger accounts and various spreadsheets, reconciles accounts, investigates variances, and performs activities related to credit applications approval. Ensures the timely reporting of the IRGC weekly gaming tax report. Ensures compliance with various state and federal tax reporting.

Ensure daily audits of vault and cage transactions, gaming activities, and other revenue centers are being performed in compliance with SOPs, IRGC, and Federal and State rules and regulations. Use information for daily reconciliation and processing of various gaming reports. Maintain lease spreadsheet and ensure daily recording of journal entries into general ledger. Ensure preparation of the daily revenue report. Perform, review, and verify month-end account reconciliations. Ensure timely submission of the weekly and month-end IRGC tax report submission. Reconcile slot and table drop processes. Perform monthly bank reconciliation. Process credit applications to include obtaining banking information and credit bureau reports. Review MTLs, CTRs, and SARs. Provide exceptional guest service for all external and internal customers. Responsible for the operation of the Revenue Audit department, successful performance of employees, and a favorable guest experience. Responsible for effectively managing, delegating duties, and the performance and development of department staff; inclusive of interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and termination of staff. Manage expenses based on budgeted guidelines and business volumes to include payroll and staffing levels. Perform all functions of personnel within span of control, as needed. Must maintain reasonable accessibility by phone for business purposes. Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments. Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests. Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior. Promote and ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment and decision-making skills.
