Assistant Main Bank Manager - Clarksville Caesars Entertainment - 3.6 Clarksville, IN Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Project coordination High school diploma or GED Math Customer engagement Data-driven problem-solving Computer skills Guest rapport building Full Job Description Monitors Main Bank transactions and documentation to ensure compliance with Indiana Gaming Commission regulations and Indiana Horse Racing Commission regulations, policies and procedures. Prepares Pari-mutuel and Sportsbook bankroll's, sheets and bank reconciliation sheet. Balances Main Bank inventories. Processes and analyzes Main Bank Transactions and conducts all drop and count procedures for Pari-Mutuel and Sports Wagering operations at the OTB facility. Verifies that all Main Bank documentation is prepared properly and in accordance with internal control Standards. Complies with Indiana Gaming Commission and Indiana Horse Racing Commission Regulations, approved internal controls, as well as company policies. As required works assigned shift in Cage. Must be computer literate. Ability to perform assigned duties in highly interruptive conditions and under constant pressure. Must be able to compute mathematical totals quickly and accurately. Excellent oral. written communication, and guest service skills. Ability to maintain accuracy of cash and supporting documentation. Ability to use good judgment in intense situations. Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude. Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests. High School Diploma required, College Degree with Financial or Business background preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
