Job Summary Cage Supervisors provide excellent customer service to employees and vendors in all situations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing steps and sitting. Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment. This position has access to the sensitive keys for the whiz machine key (unused forms lock only), cashier's bag, cage toke box, front window stations, kiosk outside door key/ lock bar key, kiosk cassette key, kiosk cash box, and cap key. Requires Access to the Gaming Floor What You Will Need High school diploma or GED required. Must also have one (1) year of casino cage, banking and or cashiering experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience. Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License. Must be able to pass pre-employment background check. Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
