Position Summary As a Gaming Shift Manager, you are responsible for overseeing slot attendants and day-to-day Slot Operations and assist the Gaming Manager in all aspects of the slot department. Expectations Enthusiastically support

Hires, motivates, trains, coaches, mentors, and directs staff to ensure that Team Members receive leadership, guidance, and resources to accomplish established objectives. Responsible for creating and fostering an environment of support and motivation for Team Members. Assists in establishing department standards, guidelines, and objectives, and maintains other administrative processes such as budget and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of assigned areas. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures with company policy and state regulations. Manage all aspects of slot operations, including new game rollout, maintenance, and overall appearance. Mentor team members to provide superior guest service. Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals. Represent the department at all official functions and company events, including committee and staff meetings. Develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment. Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action. Oversee the overall integrity of slot games. Perform other duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must be able to acquire and maintain applicable Kentucky Horse Racing Commission licensing. Knowledge of casino game rules, procedures, and regulations as applied to the game(s) under supervision. Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment. Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required. Direct dealing experience with the game(s) contained in assigned pit area. Must have a professional demeanor, able to communicate well with the public and be a team player. Must be able to work in an intense and fast paced environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform job duties. Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Highlevel public relations and customer service skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills required. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and be knowledgeable with casino computer systems. Highlevel public relations and customer service skills are required. Working Environment Must be able to work independently. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (minimum of four hours). Demonstrates a sense of urgency while performing tasks and meeting deadlines. Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino; from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator. Must be able to lift, carry and/or push a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights. Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed. Physical/Mental Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and talk. Must be able to frequently lift and handle up to 50lbs without assistance. Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, reach and turn/twist for extended periods of time. Must be able to solve problems, organize and plan multiple projects, interpret data, and make decisions
