Job Description

Responsibilities:
Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Other duties may be assigned. Must have a good, sound knowledge of table procedures. Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps. (i.e. dinners, concerts and entertainment) Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities. Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations. Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers. Continued training sessions required.
