Through precise counting, documentation, and secure handling of funds—including slot drops, table game proceeds, and departmental turn‑ins—you contribute directly to the accuracy of financial reporting and operational trust. Your ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and follow established controls ensures a secure environment for both team members and guests.

Impact:
Opening, removing and securing currency from the slot machines and table games. Accurately counting slot machine currency drops and tickets. Operating electronic currency counter/sorter and New Wave ticket counter equipment. Recording currency from each bill acceptor and table game box on the electronic currency counter. preparing and bundling the currency drop for verification. Separating slot tickets and currency from gaming machines. Counting chips for Poker Room Prepares various reports on the count and enters into computerized online accounting system. Informs supervisors of any discrepancies or variances. Ensures area is clean and organized. Maintains confidentially of all information. Qualifications Must-Haves:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. Must be able to work 8.5 hour shift starting at 1:45AM.
