Provide superior customer service to internal/external customers Perform scheduled audits for blackjack tables along with tracking chips and players Operate computer in pit area Perform evaluations on a daily, 30/60/90 day, and annual basis of all gaming employees as requested and assigned Schedule pit rotation Knowledge of Title 31 Complete necessary tracking of players for Title 31 Follow procedure to open and close all table games Perform initial procedure violations of dealers and pass on to Shift Manager for approval Maintain close communication with surveillance department and other departments within casino Settle disagreements between dealers and customers. Explain the rules of the games to customers, including different games offered in live-action as well as tournament games. Knowledge and ability to explain standard betting terminology to customers. Complete accurate ratings on customers. Fill in as a dealer as needed and requested. Attend all meetings.
