Rate of Pay:
$65,946.16 to $74,189.43 No Driver's License required. Three years' gaming management experience. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities. Ability to manage staff, budgets, schedules and operations. Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance. Problem solving and conflict resolution. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to obtain a gaming identification badge to work in and around Casino property and facilities. Operations are conducted seven days a week and on holidays. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required. The ability to work independently and establish priorities is required. Attention to detail and accuracy is required. Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved. Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation's Personnel Policies. Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks. Some travel may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary work with walking and standing required. Subject to inside environmental conditions, including work in a smoking environment. Responsible for the supervision of gaming operations to include the selection and retention of subordinates, approving and disapproving leave requests, evaluating performance, determining training needs, scheduling, disciplining and coaching, etc. Responsible for on-the-job training and assignment of gaming employees. •Responsible for customer relations in any situation requiring the floor manager's intervention. Ensures customer compliance with gaming rules. Incumbent must be well versed in house rules, policies and procedures. The incumbent will ensure all personnel are acting in a professional manner at all times and that their assigned work areas are properly covered. Provides relief of the slot floor persons during their absence from the floor. Resolves seating problems house rule violations, etc. as necessary on the floor. Responsible for the efficient operation of gaming activities through the execution of established policies and procedures. Assists in the development of policies and procedures. The incumbent will notify security of any customer problems requiring medical assistance or of any customer behavior that may affect the creditability of the Casino. Appropriate work attire is required. Must attend all mandatory department trainings. Must attend all required Title 31 and/or SAR trainings. Ensures confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees, band members and/or clients. Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems. Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers. Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the department in a positive and professional manner in the community. Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.
