DESCRIPTION
Player Services Shift Manager will assist Player Services Manager in protecting casino player services assets by implementing accounting and documentation policies and procedures, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with company internal controls, policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associates Degree in accounting and one (1) year of progressive cashiering experience or three (3) years progressive cashiering experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Minimum two (2) years of direct leadership experience in training staff, assigning work, managing performance, and allocating resources. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Must have exceptional customer relation and leadership skills. Strong computer skills in MS Office/Windows - Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. Must have open availability to work overnight hours.
