SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
The Cash Desk Supervisor will assist in the balancing of Cashiers' floats. Ensure that the cages do not accumulate excess coins, chips, notes, or vouchers. Will supervise credit cards and check transactions. The Cash Desk Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the cashiering operation throughout the duration of the shift. Will be responsible for maintaining Kiosk and ATM inventory throughout shift. Responsible for logging and maintaining Title 31 compliance accurately. Will train Level I and Level II of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 Program. Responsible for assisting with the training and scheduling of staff. Also, for handling discipline and assisting with staff performance appraisals. May be required to assist with other slots-related duties from time to time. May be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training purposes. RBS certified and practiced this knowledge daily. Other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES
General :
Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a Tribal Key Gaming License. Math test required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience:
Minimum of one year casino cashiering experience required.
Physical:
Requires bending, finger dexterity, grasping, standing and/or walking for periods of up to four hours with no break; must be able to lift up to 30 pounds; must not be color blind.
