Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gaming Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our casino. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Gaming Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of assigned table games and poker to ensure fairness, compliance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and excellent guest service. This role supervises dealers, monitors game activity, and works to create a safe, enjoyable, and professional gaming environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support dealers on assigned games. Monitor game activity for accuracy, fairness, and compliance with state gaming laws and internal controls. Ensure proper game procedures, payouts, and documentation are followed. Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to dealers. Handle guest questions, disputes, or concerns promptly and professionally. Verify fills, credits, and transactions at tables as required. Ensure table game inventory trays are adequately supplied. Work closely with surveillance and security when necessary. Maintain awareness of player activity, including recognition of responsible gaming concerns. Train new dealers and reinforce performance standards. Complete required shift reports and communicate issues to management. Qualifications Previous table games, poker or casino supervisory experience required. Strong knowledge of table game rules and procedures (Blackjack, Roulette, Poker etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and make quick, sound decisions. High level of integrity and commitment to compliance. Must meet all state licensing requirements. Work Schedule Variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Position requires standing and walking for extended periods.
