The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Table Games Floor Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth, professional, and courteous guest experience. What will you do? Make table decisions as necessary based on rules Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games players Handle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays More about you Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and 6 months of professional poker dealing experience Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various games offered at the facility Ability towork weekends and overtime as needed High School diploma or GED Physical requirements Sitting, standing, reaching, and pulling for majority of shift Ability to periodically lift up to 30 pounds Who we are Delaware North Gaming operates Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire.
