Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for accurately dealing all games in the pitAnalyze guest alcohol consumptionEnsures that all rules and regulations of Nevada Gaming and House rules are being followed at all timesManage the administration of fills and credits and maintaining bankrollEnsure the safety and security of employees and customersReview staffing levels to maintain full coverage to accommodate business needsAnalyzing customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of playMust have dealing experience and knowledge of Gaming regulations and ICMP'sSolving guest and employee problems or disputesAnalyze and control guest alcohol consumptionEnsure all guests are of legal age to participate in limited gamingReplace and sort cards as neededInventory and table dropSupervision of table games dealersCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations' policies and applicable laws
