Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, managing conflicts with tact and diplomacy to uphold guest satisfaction. Oversee cash transactions at tables, including chip exchanges and payouts, ensuring accuracy and security at all times. Conduct regular audits of game procedures, dealer performance, and compliance with safety protocols. Foster a lively yet controlled gaming environment that encourages guest engagement while maintaining operational integrity. Qualifications Proven management or supervisory experience within a casino or similar gaming environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of casino operations, including cash handling, basic math skills for chip calculations, and conflict management techniques. Experience supervising table games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, or craps is preferred. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
