Schedule:
Monday/Thursday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Tuesday/Wednesday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, and Friday 10:00 AM to 7:30
PM Pay Rate:
$15.00 Hourly +
Average Hourly Tip Rate:
$18.01 Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will ensure the efficiency of Slot Floor Operations and ensure that excellent service is provided to our guests. You will report to the Casino General Manager.
Primary Tasks:
You will maintain security/procedures according to rules. Audit/Inspect work of team members to ensure standards are met. Replenish thermal paper, fixing printer jams and bill acceptor malfunctions. Key jackpots on the floor. You will pay winners by promptly responding to winning customers, processing hand pays, assisting the Slot Attendant in processing jackpot/paperwork, and assisting with Title 31 transaction requirements following established procedures. Be available on short notice for staff replacement. Train new hires and incumbents to perform job tasks. Maintain positive working relationship with all departments/staff. Immediately resolve customer/employee/management concerns. Perform other responsibilities as may be
