Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Soft Count Manager to join our Border Casino Soft Count Team team located at the Border Casino working .
Summary:
Ensure the collection, transferring, counting and verification of all collected monies from gaming machines to Soft Count room, as well as the preparation of all departmental paperwork.
Responsibilities:
Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment Maintains and promotes professionalism Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area Schedules staff based on worker availability and arrange for contingency staff based on business needs and/or guest satisfaction standards on designated shift and redirects the labor force according to changing activity during a shift Interviews and selects job candidates Maintains knowledge of, follows, and enforces all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area Recommends cost-saving, efficiency, and or process improvement actions Manages employees' job functions, development, and job performance including but not limited to, scheduling, tracking of employee IDP goals, training, annual evaluation, employee's development, and disciplinary action up to and including termination Reviews and approves departmental paperwork completed by employees by verifying the accuracy of monies and chips received during the facility pull of electronic gaming machines, card game chips, kiosks, etc. Maintains an accurate count and the highest security for all transactions and ensure the supervision of the count and verification of all monies brought in from the gaming floor to uphold compliance standards Coordinates and works in cooperation with various departments Performs all other duties as assigned

Able to follow instructions, both written and oral Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements Must be able to work quickly, efficiently and accurately Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines Understand, utilize and apply cash handling knowledge Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management
