Arcade Supervisor The Coin Jam Albany, OR Job Details Full-time $24 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Operations management Incident management Nightclub OLCC Service Permit Food service management Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Arcade Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant arcade and bar. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of arcade management, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining smooth operational flow. Your leadership will inspire your team and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Duties Repair arcade machine issues and restock products regularly Oversee daily operations, ensuring the arcade runs efficiently, safely, and profitably during all shifts Manage guest services by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring an outstanding experience Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily takings, and maintain accurate financial records Write detailed reports on daily operations, guest feedback, incident occurrences, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions Safely serve alcohol to legal-aged guests. Safely and correctly check ID . Proven management experience in nightlife venues such as nightclubs or entertainment centers with a focus on customer service excellence Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments. Previous leadership role highly desired. Strong background in events management, including planning, executing, and evaluating special functions or themed nights Excellent report writing skills for documenting operations, incidents, and performance metrics Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial reconciliation processes Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable to understand guest expectations and service standards. Previous OLCC serving experience is mandatory with no less than 2 years steady work in the industry. Candidates must possess a current OLCC license.
Pay:
$24.00 per hour Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)
