Pay:

$18/hour to start. Opportunity for a pay increase after 30 days based on performance.

Expected schedule:

Approximately 30 hours per week What You'll Do

• Open and close the facility according to company procedures
• Lead, support, and provide direction to staff during assigned shifts
• Set a positive example through excellent customer service and teamwork
• Serve beer and wine responsibly in accordance with South Carolina laws and company policies
• Monitor guest satisfaction and help resolve customer concerns professionally
• Oversee mini golf, food, beverage, and arcade operations
• Take or assist with mini golf, food, and beverage orders as needed
• Ensure tables, dining areas, arcade areas, and the facility remain clean and organized
• Perform occasional routine mini golf course maintenance and upkeep
• Handle basic cash and point-of-sale responsibilities
• Help maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Complete shift duties, including restocking and securing the facility
• Assist with training and supporting team members as needed
• Help with other operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly What We're Looking For
• Previous supervisory, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to lead by example
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and support staff in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment
• Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• South Carolina server certification is a plus
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve beer and wine
