As a Supervisor, you will serve as the vital link between our frontline staff and management, ensuring that every project is completed with precision and efficiency. We are looking for a proactive professional who is committed to team development and operational success. •Key Responsibilities•The Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of operations, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties safely and in accordance with company protocols. You will manage staff schedules, conduct regular quality inspections, and provide immediate feedback to ensure consistent results across all service sites. Beyond operational oversight, you will act as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries and client needs, resolving issues as they arise and fostering a positive, productive work culture. You will also be tasked with training new hires, maintaining inventory levels, and reporting progress directly to senior leadership to ensure long-term organizational goals are met. •Qualifications•To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong leadership abilities and the communication skills necessary to manage a diverse workforce.
