As a Wardrobe Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Wardrobe department, respond to team members' inquiries, and supervise Wardrobe Clerks and Seamstresses as they provide assistance to our team members. While carrying out the job duties listed below, you will contribute to our continued success by demonstrating unsurpassed guest service, a high level of integrity and ethical standards, and personal and professional dedication to our mission, vision, and values. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (
- Essential Functions)
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Ensures processed records and data input is accurate to include all inventory transactions related to uniform/wardrobe issue, returns, repair, replacements, laundry and alterations.
- Communicates both verbally and written to departments providing information on terminations, new hires, reissues, repairs, credits, and any other operational information.
- Assists department management in gathering statistical data and provides management with reports and analysis of data.
