Produce the food and beverage team member schedule across the gaming floor departments Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews to encourage the growth and development of your team members Advise and direct the daily duties for your team Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to guests visiting the property Assist your team members with any malfunctioning gaming equipment and partner with the property's technician when needed More about you No college degree required Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Physical requirements Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Shift details Overnight Every weekend OT as needed
