DESCRIPTION
Responsible for accurately and clearly calling Bingo numbers for sessions. Responsible for the accurate recording of Bingo numbers called and Bingo payouts. Makes required announcements as directed by Bingo management. As directed by the Bingo Supervisor, may be required to fulfill the duties of a Bingo Supervisor, Bingo Cashier, or a Bingo Floor Clerk when business dictates and all directed position qualifications have been met.

Casino Resort We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards:
Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank you and Goodbye. Accountable to all standards outlined in the We-Ko-Pa Way Casino Resort service guide. Upholds a high level of customer service by projecting a friendly atmosphere for customers. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of Bingo, including types of games, rules, regulations, etc. Responsible for verifying Bingo wins with a Floor Clerk and announcing payouts accurately. Must be able to work well under stressful and fast-paced situations. Must have basic computer knowledge. Must be able to call numbers for long periods while maintaining a clear, consistent speaking voice. Must have a pleasant, strong voice and be customer service-oriented. Must possess a high level of ability to speak clearly and concisely during calling out of numbers and payouts during sessions. Must be able to lift 40 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds. Must be able to obtain and maintain a State/Tribal License (including an extensive background check). Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be 21 years or older. Must work the floor for a minimum of one (1) month.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent. One (1) year of caller experience or two (2) years of other Bingo experience.
INDIAN PREFERENCE
Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.
