Job Summary Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new, regular, and frequent guests in order to cultivate and encourage repeated visits by personalizing guests' experience. CORE SCOPE OF POSITION
Timely and accurately process tax and jackpot paperwork in accordance with company policies and procedures. Pays up to $24,999.99 in jackpot winnings to guests. Takes jackpot photos of guests and secures signed photo release forms. Maintains high visibility on the gaming floor, and proactively greets, interacts, and assists guests. Proactively seeks guest interactions and provides personalized attention, to include assisting with iView functionalities, minor machines repairs, reprinting club cards for guests, resetting club card PIN, etc. Visually inspects the gaming areas and reports any issues to management. Actively solicits club enrollment of un-carded guests and processes on-the-floor enrollment. Provides machine reservation service to eligible guests. Maintains knowledge of various types of slot machines to answer any questions regarding games and bonus plays Acquires knowledge of newly installed games and their functionality as they are introduced. Protects company assets, reports fraudulent activity, and demonstrates a thorough understanding of fraud prevention. Comply with all governmental laws and regulations, casino and departmental policies and procedures, Title 31 regulations, Minimum Control Standards and Tribal Gaming Commission Regulations. Maintains a currency bank and provides accurate change and voucher redemption services to guests. Accountable for variances. Increases awareness of promotions and events. Maintains housekeeping needs in assigned area (pushing in chairs, picking up trash/glassware). Works closely with manager to meet the needs of internal and external guests. Resolves guest disputes and/or escalates matter to manager, as needed. Assists with training team members on departmental policies and procedures and documents the training. Assists with ensuring that departmental policies and procedures are followed. Attend all scheduled team member meetings and training sessions. Maintains knowledge of and effectively promotes company services and players' club program. Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines. Adheres to all hygiene and safety standards. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained. May assist with special events as needed. Performs all other duties as assigned.
