Description Summary :
With other members of the Drop/Count Team, perform the daily cash drop and count of table games and slot machines. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include Distribute replacement bill stackers and drop boxes throughout casino. Retrieve bill stackers from slot machines and place on collection cart. Retrieve drop boxes from table games and place on collection cart. Insert bill stackers and drop boxes into tables and machines. Deliver collection cart to count room at the conclusion of the drop. Verify contents of drop boxes and bill stackers. Prepare paperwork for audit, and enter/transfer all information into the computer system. May occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have High School Diploma or GED/equivalent. Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Ability to learn and effectively utilize computerized counting equipment. Familiarity with 10-key calculators. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Must work well in a team and maintain excellent professional relations. Must be able to work at a rapid pace in order to complete daily work. Extremely dependable, ability to be at assigned work stations at required time each assigned day. Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays, and extended hours when required.
