Job Description

Premium Supervisor Job Description The Role:
Under the direction of the Premium Director and department managers, the Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned premium areas. Supervisors provide leadership, direction, and guidance for all frontline outlet staff while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable of the POS system, including voids, credit card issues, and closing out procedures Inputting daily event sheets and daily reports Work closely with the customer service department to improve customer service in all assigned areas Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times Ability to interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered Know the "layout" of the venue and assigned area where you are working Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area Ability to ensure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and cash control procedures Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within venue Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including days, nights, weekends and holidays Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
Preferred Skills:
Must have two (2) to four (4) years working in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location High School Diploma, some college preferred Must be proactive, self-motivated, organized, and the ability to prioritize as needed Must be detail-oriented Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly Must be punctual and dependable Must be able to read and maintain information Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English Ability to move quickly and act on assigned duties within production and service time frames established Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to stand, kneel, lift (up to 30 pounds), carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down
Minimum Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to obtain CA Serve Safe Certification Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification Must be flexible to work all events including late nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to work at a fast pace Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Physical Requirements:
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Able to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 lbs.
Compensation:
Part-time starting at $23 per hour (DOE)
