Job Description

SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Drop department, such as the slot drop pick-up, weighing, wrapping, canning and transferring the slot drop to the Main Bank, ensuring the compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions and company policies, procedures and controls.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
(Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Processes all coin from the Main Bank. Transports all monies into the Drop and Count rooms. Transfers all monies from the floor into the carts. Wraps, cans and bags coin. Transfers all canned, wrapped and bagged coin into the Main Bank. Keeps the Drop Team Supervisor informed of all pertinent information regarding drop activities and any irregularities. Ensures the integrity of all Drop Team transactions. Remains accountable, to a high degree, for accuracy and thoroughness of departmental paperwork. Provides courteous service and is cordial to all Team Members and Guests. Performs other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. Must be willing to work overtime as requested by the Drop Team Supervisor. Must possess excellent communication and writing skills. Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license. Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test. Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S. Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Physical Demands:
Must be physically able to perform all job requirements. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance. Required to work around moving machinery with possible exposure to vibration, dust, gas, steam or chemicals. Required to wear protective equipment such as mask, earplugs, gloves, eyewear, weather gear, etc.
Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment. Must be able to work in a noisy environment. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
