INTERNAL CAREER SITE

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for collection, distribution, and organization of beverage glassware and related equipment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

includes but not limited to: Monitors and navigates the casino floor to collect used glassware Efficiently returns glassware to designated service and public bars in a timely fashion Works with barbacks and servers to prioritize locations

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains organization in the established Earth and Sky central glass recovery areas

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision Ability to use caustic chemicals and operate standard equipment such as a dishwasher

Competencies :

Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Understanding of cleaning methods

Training Requirements:

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals Use of cleaning equipment Understanding of health and sanitation guidelines

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Fast paced kitchen environment Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
