Description Responsibilities:

Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members

Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures

Knowledge of all promotions and events

Men's & women's restrooms cleaned and maintained

Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house

Associate Dinning Room maintained

Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean

Floor clean of clutter

Vacuum where designated

Supervise staff members on your shift

Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member's ability

Work "hands on" with staff to ensure all cleaning duties and procedures, company policies, rules and regulations, and Jumer's standards of cleanliness are enforced

Help handle any problem situations with both employees and guests

Answer radio calls and communicate professionally

All other duties as assigned

Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled

Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time

Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high

Frequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds

Occasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbs

Frequently required to reach overhead
