Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Beverage Cart Attendant ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Maintain a professional appearance at all times Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests Maintain a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use Assure that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed Operate Jonas, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol Regular and reliable attendance Experience preferred but not required
