Player Services Manager Position Summary:
Distributes moneys to casino guests converting tickets, checks and gaming chips into currency. Park and retrieve guest's vehicles, while providing excellent guest service at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Safeguard company assets and adhere to all Departmental, Casino and Gaming Regulations. Accountable for all funds entrusted to him/her on an assigned shift. Provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to all casino guests. Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential duties. Maintains integrity of Player Services Operations. Balances all money transactions processed during shift. Receives/returns vehicles from/to guests and processes retrieval slip. Ensures the completion of all departmental paperwork necessary for Player Services Operations. Maintain a friendly relationship with customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or be actively pursuing a GED. Valid Driver's License (No SR-22's or outstanding traffic violations) preferred. Previous Player Services experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Basic skills with computers and (10) key adding machine. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment
Requirements:
Must be able to enter data, read and interpret output from computer. Must have excellent guest and human relations skills. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be willing to learn all phases of Player Services activity. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must be able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies, or upper management. Must be able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to stand, move and walk for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to walk and or move up to and over 1 ½ mile. Must have a tolerance for smoke filled environments. Must be able to grasps, lift, and move or carry objects up to and over 25 lbs. Be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle preferred. I have read and understand the job description.
