JOB SUMMARY
Assist the casino with daily operations. Responsible for providing outstanding guest service to WCR internal/external guests. Responsible for various work throughout the different departments. Occasionally performs a variety of guest service functions, while exchanging currency for coin, check cashing, and verification, cashing in chips, making players club cards and redeeming club benefits.
JOB DUTIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only of the tasks performed by this position and is not all-inclusive. 1. Work in various department as needed. 2. Create a courteous, friendly, and professional work environment. 3. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. 4. Assist guest with all questions and reasonable requests. 5. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. 6. May handle cash and perform cash handling duties/able to reconcile a till after each shift. 7. Must attend all meetings and/or trainings as directed by management. 8. Read, understand and adhere to Winnebago Gaming Compact and Winnebago Tribal Gaming Code and Rules and Regulations. 9. Always performs duties in a positive and professional manner. 10. Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a key employee in good standing. Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. No theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to obtain a Key license with WGC Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, as well as obtain and maintain a gaming license.
Work Environment:
Work is generally performed in the Casino area with exposure to heat, cold, exposure to secondhand smoke and a high noise level. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required along with Holidays and/or weekends.

Possesses authority needed to accomplish above.

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT 1.
Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods of time, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke. 2. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 3. Must have a telephone. 4. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. 5. Must be able to interact successfully with associates and guests.
