Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently to optimize seating. Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times accurately. Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, assisting with inquiries and reservations. Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Provide information about menu items and restaurant policies to guests. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
