Job Description
Exceptional customer service skills -- a passion for working in customer service and video game retail. Prior experience in these areas is preferred but not required. A friendly, positive attitude and an enthusiastic demeanor describe the best mindset for this position. Basic math and computer skills are also required. Team members serve and cater to guests' needs first and foremost; auxiliary tasks include testing and troubleshooting games, gaming hardware and video game consoles, detailed cleaning of all manner and make of gaming product and completing maintenance cleaning and upkeep tasks as directed. Team members must be able to listen and participate in constructive criticism. Team members must also be able to work well with others and perform tasks in conjunction and accord with the rest of the team. We will only consider candidates with availability to work at 2 pm and/or afterward. We will also only consider candidates that are available specifically on Saturday evenings and Sunday evenings. This position will have a range between 7 and 11 hours per week. East location -- 901 S. College Mall Rd, Bloomington, IN 47401
