Impact:

Providing exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor. Exchange of cash and distributing chips to guests. Assisting players who wish to color up , taking their small-denomination chips and exchanging them for larger denominations. Assisting dealers and supervisors in the starting, combining, and breaking of games. Ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests by notifying management of any suspicious or unusual activities. Attending training and meetings when required. Maintaining the cleanliness of work area, including the collection of chip trays and returning them to designated areas. Skills to

Qualifications Must-Haves:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Working Conditions:

24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees. Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
