Job Description

Responsibilities:
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times. Wash Dishes daily. Fill ice bins as needed. Empty garbage and mop floors. Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities. Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests. Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's and departmental management.
Competencies:
Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Read, write, and understand simple instructions. Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members. Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol, and any other federal, state, and/or local regulations. Effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests. Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
