In this role, you will be responsible for assisting players, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a lively, safe, and welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership skills and attention to detail will help foster positive guest interactions while upholding the highest standards of casino integrity and service excellence. Duties Assist guests with game rules, payouts, and inquiries to enhance their experience Manage cash handling duties accurately, including chip exchanges and payouts Monitor gaming activity to detect and prevent cheating or misconduct Resolve guest conflicts professionally using effective conflict management techniques Supervise team members or dealers when applicable, providing guidance and support Maintain detailed records of transactions, game results, and incident reports Ensure the casino environment remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, payouts, and chip calculations Ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations Knowledge of casino games and operations is preferred but not mandatory; training provided if necessary Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with the role Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences by combining your management expertise with a passion for hospitality!
