Responsibilities include:

Regularly monitor auditoriums to ensure optimal picture and sound quality, proper temperature, appropriate lighting levels, and positive audience behavior, while also remaining vigilant against film piracy. Carry out additional duties as assigned by management. Maintain accurate attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts. Perform all assigned responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure cleanliness throughout the theater at all times. Deliver excellent customer service and consistently meet or exceed guest expectations. Help maintain a safe and secure environment for all patrons. Ensure all concession stands are fully stocked, clean, and inventory is up to date. Assist with general upkeep of the building, reporting or addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
