This position engages actively with guests on the Gaming floor, assists with loyalty program support, performs minor machine troubleshooting, and ensures the gaming environment remains welcoming and efficient.   • Variable Hours (1st shift/swing shift) with availability for Weekends and Holiday's required Job Responsibilities Act as the communication link between Slot Supervisors and Management.
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport to enhance the guest experience. Maintain consistent contact with guests within an assigned section of the gaming floor. Address guest inquiries clearly and accurately; refer complex issues to managers when necessary. Respond promptly to calls for assistance from guests and slot attendants. Resolve floor disputes diplomatically; escalate unresolved issues to managers. Provide directions and escort guests as needed. Demonstrate strong knowledge of player loyalty program benefits and encourage card usage. Proactively identify guests not playing with a loyalty card and approach them in a helpful, friendly manner. Assist with new account sign-ups and reprinting loyalty cards for guests who misplaced or forgot their card. Troubleshoot minor slot machine malfunctions and coordinate with Slot Technicians for advanced repairs. Report terminal issues immediately to managers to minimize downtime. Education and Minimum Requirements High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred. Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months and have no active disciplinary action during the last six months. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must pass all pre-screening and background checks. Physical/Mental Working Demands Must be able to move in and around the work area throughout the entire workday. Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to engage and interact with all guests appropriately and work well under the pressure of a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in environment where smoking is permitted, and can be loud with guest chatter, overhead music, and live entertainment.
