Job Description
About the Role The VIP Runner -Club Operations is responsible for escorting our VIP guests with table reservations to the proper tables. Position Responsibilities Have a good knowledge of the design of the Dayclub Direct guests to any room or section of Ocean Casino Resort they may need to access Know about the position number of all the seats located at the Dayclub Assists in facilitating all guest reservation requests promptly and without error Ensures guests are aware of events and supports the execution of those events Maintains high level of visibility throughout the Club Builds guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability. Comply with cross promotion of all venues and when needed Responsible for communicating any additional requests from guests to the Beverage Server, hosts and Managers. Other duties as assigned Essential Functions Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas Keep a proper and professional appearance and attitude Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, weather conditions and hectic environments. Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 50 lb. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Two plus (2+) years in the nightlife/hospitality industry Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand) Benefits Training & Development Free Meal while on shift
