Drop Team Manager Job Description The Drop Team Attendant is responsible for accurately counting and recording all cash and coins turned into the Casino Cage as well as handling dropped money from the casino floor. Skills / Experience
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess strong mathematical skills and have the ability to count currency. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in counting and documentation, and ability to handle cash and chips securely. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must pass a background check and drug test. Must obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration card. Bonus Skills / Experience Previous experience in cash handling, security, or casino operations preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs of bags of cash and chips. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, kneel, crouch, and bend. Ability to speak effectively and clearly. Use hands to handle objects and operate machinery. Ability to be exposed to smoke and noise levels between moderate to loud on the casino floor. This job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions required for this position.
