Tioga Downs is looking for a dependable and trustworthy Count Room Associate to join our team. This unique role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork while handling large volumes of currency. In this position, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of gaming operations by ensuring all count room processes are handled with precision and in compliance with regulations.

What You'll Do:
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Gaming Commission rules, regulations, and company policies Ensure the integrity of all Soft Count transactions Participate in drop box collection and money counting procedures Complete all required accounting and documentation for Poker, Slot, and Table Games (cash, vouchers, and coupons)
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This is a physically active role in a secure, enclosed environment. You'll frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, and use your hands for repetitive tasks.
The position requires:
Standing for extended periods Repetitive reaching and handling of currency and equipment Lifting up to 20 pounds periodically Pushing heavy carts regularly You will work in an enclosed count room with no windows, under constant audio and video surveillance. The role involves handling large sums of money and requires strict adherence to security protocols. Team members must remain in the locked count room until all currency has been processed and secured.
Schedule Expectations:
Shifts begin as early as 4:00 AM Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
