Beverage Cart Attendant Sand Hollow Resort is a premier destination to Escape. Play. Discover. Relax. One of Southern Utah's top-ranked golf destinations, our golf course is ranked in the top 50 out of the 100 top resort golf courses. The resort encompasses over 180 units ranging from one (1) to six (6) bedrooms for guests to relax in during their stay. Dine in our picturesque restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gorgeous Southern Utah mountain ranges, ending your evening with a concert underneath the stars in our gorgeous Rock Bowl. We are seeking an experienced Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team at The Grille at Sand Hollow Resort. We are searching for a friendly, organized, and professional Beverage Cart Attendant to join our organization. The Beverage Cart Attendants fulfill the guests' food and beverage needs on the course by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and food. This position requires top-quality professional service to our guests. This full-time position is Sunday through Wednesday.

Beverage Cart Attendant Responsibilities:

Serve drinks with special attention to sanitation and order Attend to customers on the course Guide guests in selecting food/beverages Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products Know/understand peak times and working in high-pressure situations Responsible for ensuring all inventory sold matches sales report after each shift Take inventory and restocks beverage cart before, during, and after each shift Handle transactions using different forms of payment Proactively complete daily tasks with minimal direction Ensure the beverage cart is well-kept and maintained Other duties as assigned

Beverage Cart Attendant Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Previous resort or food service experience a plus Must possess a valid driver's license Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages Knowledge of POS systems Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette Food Handler Permit and DABS certification are a plus; I will train if necessary Available to work Sunday through Wednesday, including holidays Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire shift in an outdoor environment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
