Slot Clerks play an important role in providing excellent customer service and assisting our guests throughout their gaming experience. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you will interact with guests, assist with slot machine questions and issues, and handle cash transactions, including jackpot payouts . What You'll Do Provide friendly and professional customer service to slot players. Assist guests with questions and general slot machine play. Respond to guest requests and resolve routine issues on the slot floor. Perform cash handling and jackpot payouts accurately and efficiently. Verify payouts and follow all required procedures for cash transactions. Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork. Monitor the slot floor and report machine or guest issues to the appropriate department. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment. Follow all company policies, gaming regulations, and cash-handling procedures. Work closely with other team members to provide an excellent guest experience. What We're Looking For Previous cash-handling or money-handling experience is required. Customer service experience preferred. Comfortable working with cash and performing transactions accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Friendly, professional, and approachable personality. Able to remain calm and courteous in a busy environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced gaming environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required gaming license.
