Job Description
The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Suite Attendant to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs. What will you do? Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff Communicate any additional food and beverage orders during the game with our Culinary or Management Team Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred More about you No high school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required Must have excellent customer service and communication skills Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift Exposure to variable temperatures May be required to work in narrow spaces Shift details Evenings Days M-F Every weekend 10hr shift
